SUPERIOR PROTECTION OF WIRE ROPES
Fast and effective lubrication of wire ropes with a diameter between 8mm to 67mm. The Viper Mid MKII lubricates ropes at up to 2000mt/hour.
Recommended for use with Wharf Cranes, Ship Cranes, ROV Cables, Mind Winders, Mobile Cranes, Oil & Gas Platforms, Anchor Ropes, Deck Winches, Overhead Cranes and Ship Loaders.
The Viper Wire Rope Lubricator provides grease penetration, moisture displacement and total coverage by forcing lubricant into the core of the rope.
THE MID KIT
The viper wire rope lubricator is supplied as a complete package, with all of the components required to get you started. Simply order the kit and then select and order the seals and scrapers to suit the rope size to be lubricated.VIPER MID MKII KIT INCLUSIONS
- Viper Mid MKII high strength, cast aluminium collar
The MkII Collar is the heart of the ViperWRL System. Constructed from high strength Aluminium Alloy, precision machined to tight specifications. Collar is completed with stainless steel hardware to provide maximum durability and corrosion protection. Unit is designed for ease of use having handles located on each half of the collar
- High Volume Grease Pump
The new Viper Mid Mk II kit includes an upgraded lubricant pump, built specifically for the Viper WRL. The unit delivers 4.5kg/min at up to 270 BAR Pressure.
- Air regulator with gauge and isolation valve
